Wanneer wordt een vliegbrevet ingetrokken?
  1. A licence, endorsement or medical certificate shall be revoked if the holder has lost the skills for exercising the privileges mentioned in the document as appears from the results of a medical examination or examination;
  2. A licence, endorsement or medical certificate may be revoked if the holder has made a statement contrary to the truth or has provided incorrect data at the medical examination and/or examination, at the issue or the renewal of the period of validity of the licence and/or endorsement;
  3. A licence can be revoked in case of proven misconduct, recklessness or excessive negligence. The holder of the licence shall be notified in writing stating the reasons;
  4. The person involved shall be obligated to hand over to the Director all the licences and or certificates of validation in his possession on which a licence or endorsement is mentioned which has been revoked and/or all medical certificates in his possession within eight days after the date of sending the notification intended;
  5. The person who has been denied the privilege to manipulate the controls of an aircraft by judgement of the court, shall be equally obligated to hand over to the Director all licences, certificates of validation and medical certificates in his possession within eight days after he has taken cognisance of the judgement or after it can be reasonably assumed that he has taken cognisance thereof.
